Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping at World Couture. Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivered date. Some custom designs may not be eligible for return/exchanges. If tags are removed, returns/exchanges will not be accepted. For returns, please reply to order confirmation email, and submit return request. Customer will be responsible for return shipping, as well as shipping for new order for item exchange. Refunds will be processed immediately upon item received. Please allow additional time for refunds, as some banks take longer to process refund.
Shipping Policy
World Couture offers shipping to every state within the U.S. Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 5-8 business days with ground shipping. For express or overnight shipping, please contact us via email before placing order. Custom designs may require additional processing times. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time. Shipping to PO Boxes not available
